How do you recognize the sound of the soul?
\nversus the ego\u2019s voice
\nThey are both in our head
\nSo it can seem hard to tell the difference
\nBut, it\u2019s not hard to FEEL the difference
\nIt\u2019s not hard to feel the difference at all.<\/p>\n

The soul\u2019s impressions are loving
\nAlways
\nAnd only
\nThey are peaceful
\nEven in the middle of a calamity
\nThe souls advice is calm
\nAnd kind
\nAnd unafraid<\/p>\n

While the ego\u2019s advice is full of fear
\nAnd that is why it\u2019s on fire all the time
\nWith LOTS of advice
\nConflicting advice
\nIt will argue five sides – in the same breath<\/p>\n

The soul\u2019s advice is SINGULAR
\nAnd it is simple
\ns i m p l e
\nThis is another way you can recognize it
\nBecause it is the next step
\nAnd the next step is simple
\nIt\u2019s the one right in front of you
\nIt\u2019s not ten steps down the road
\nIt’s the very next one
\nAnd so it is simple<\/p>\n

While the ego is busy strategizing
\nWhat if this happens? What if that happens?
\nIt is projecting
\nInto the future
\nFears…fears…fears…fears…fears<\/p>\n

The soul just says, \u201cyes.\u201d
\nAnd that is all.<\/p>\n
